Limassol – Keryneia (Castle and the Monastery of Saint Elariona, Keryneia’s castle, Belapais Monastery) – Nicosia (sightseeing tour and lunch, the cost of the lunch is not included in the price of the tour) - Limassol.
Our tour starts with a visit to the ancient city of Keryneia, which is located at the North part of the Republic of Cyprus and is occupied by the Turks since 1974. You will have the opportunity to walk on the walls of the oldest castle in Cyprus, the castle of Saint Elarionas. From there you will admire the marvellous view to the city of Keryneia and the Pentadaktylos mountain.
A walk through the medieval fort of the city is a must, as well as is a visit to the museum of shipwreck and the museum of torture. At the end of the tour you will visit the Monastery of monasticism – the Bellapais.
On the return way, a sightseeing tour of the Capital of the Cyprus, Nicosia, will follow. There you will enjoy a lunch in a traditional Cypriot tavern.
